  Renee was awesome! She listened to my reasons for selling and helped me understand what I needed to do to make the house market ready. Once we started everything happened so quickly. The house was in contract in less than 24 hours! After that I started working with more people within The Raines Group, who were also very helpful in the selling of the house.
