  Darcie went above and beyond what we would have ever expected from a realtor. As first-time home buyers, we had heard from friends and family how stressful the home-buying experience can be. Thankfully Darcie's constant communication, great sense of humor, and dedication to helping us find the perfect home were all things that made our experience as positive and stress-free as possible! She truly had our best intentions in mind with every decision and negotiation. I'd recommend Darcie to anyone and everyone. We couldn't be more pleased to be in our first home, one that we truly love. Thank you Darcie for all that you do!

  So you call the number, you get the recording "welcome to the ts24 leisure travel, ;the next available rep will be right with you, to better serve you the call may be recorded, and then it says I'm sorry I didn't understand your response and repeats itself over and over again! It never asked me to respond to anything. Worst phone experience ever

• Review of "Ready Set Grow! - New Albany Childcare and Preschool" at New Albany

  I am an over-protective mother that toured ten different centers before choosing Ready Set Grow and we have a range of experiences from good centers to not-so-great ones. Ready Set Grow is as good as it gets!! Each member of the staff is kept well-informed of each child's needs and I am consistently impressed (even after an entire year!) with the level of care that my children receive as well as the actions of each of their teachers. My son has several severe allergies and Ready Set Grow is the ONLY center that has never made his allergies an issue for me. From the moment we stepped foot in this center my 3 and 4 year old have been well cared for. Every member of the staff, both instructors and the administration, cares about the well being of your child and your family! This isn't just a center where your children are looked after. This is a center that encourages learning and developmental growth and it is a place where your children will flourish without a doubt! Both my son and my daughter have noticeably grown in a way that they would not have had they been anywhere else but here. When I go to pick them up, they beg me to stay just a little longer! I am so incredibly grateful to have found Ready Set Grow. It truly is the best decision we could have made for our kids!

  NEVER use this realtor, specifically Jill Richardson. We were misled and lied to by her. We were several weeks into contract to sell our house to her client, and she continued to show other houses to her client. Then, sure enough, they found a house they liked better, so Jill and her client conducted THEIR OWN home inspection, listed up items that were not even wrong with our house, and asked for an absurdly high amount of money to remedy them. She then lied and convinced us to counter offer the high remedy request with a lower amount of money claiming that her client would accept a reasonable offer. Once we did that, she back stabbed us with our lower request to remedy offer and used it as means to void the contract that her client was in to buy our house, thus allowing them to buy the other house that they found while in contract with ours. It was an absolute joke and unethical was of doing business. Jill and Kendle have no integrity. Do yourself and society a favor by never working with them.
